positive recognistion - varied workload and good honest hardworking people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Cultred - innovative - purpose driven and menainful - can see why the business is doing well and the impact we have economically and globally and on the environment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Theyre passionate, 1000% invested in companies direction and what theyre trying to build, theyre human and try where they can to be transparent about whats happening locally and gloablly. Most are innovative and all try their best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the bonus is great - I appreacite that I am at the low of of my band but its clear if I prove my worth and increase my value to the business as I learn I will be compensated fairly. I like the pension - I would like more day to day perks - and yearly company sponsered xmas party with GE country team
