Advancement for me is non existent. The company is very much focused in 2 geographic areas. You cannot get promoted in your current area, you must leave. Was told the only way to get a raise was to leave the company and come back.

Misery makes everyone join together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased demands on my life without a change in compensation.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better recognition for efforts. Less forcing all work to contractors or India. Use of proper tools and processes already in place versus the constant direct teams chats to people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication is bad here. Lots of secrets about staffing. Upper management is demanding AI usage, but unwilling to pay for it where it is needed. Tools not supplied that are needed for work. Compliance and change teams have taken over processes and do more to block progress thru restrictions.
