As previous answers indicated, being valued as a person and an employee. With the policies being made and monetarily.
Transparency in salaries. I've been underpaid for years and they always keep you at the middle or lower of the pay scale. Stop passing good workers over for promotions. Have regular and reasonable salary increases.
Do not put medical mandates on their employees. Don't force them to work from home, then force them back to the work place. Don't take 3 months to approve a religious exemption when most other companies can do it in hours or at the most days. Care about your female employees and their health care.
