TaskUs: It's a role to learn the basics about reporting and creating dashboards, but there is a lot of bureaucracy that will take time from the actual work. Management doesn't always support your ideas and it is condescending to internal clients, believing that they will not understand complex findings.
TaskUs: My overall experience with the company through the last 1 year working there have been great.

While it still has a lot of gaps to fill especially on the benefits side, it has matured well enough to be this big now.

TaskUs: So far, staying here at TaskUs for the last 3 months has helped me a lot in terms of my bills and daily expenses. Working from home is very convenient and satisfying. All equipment are provided and the best thing here, theres no delay when it comes on payday.
TaskUs: it used to be awesome, now it's not. 4 yearly reviews and we've all only ever gotten one pay raise. the why is never explained. people lose their job all the time due to client moving campaigns overseas for cheaper. this company does not care about its American employees. just the money.

After going through 1 campaign sunset you get this trauma of it happening again, so you stress and you alrwqdy know your job is NOT secure so every townhall you think is bad news, every "meeting" your stomach just turns til there is that one
