Hy-vee: Too much corporate and upper micro management. Labor is a controllable expense but an important investment.
GE Vernova: Culture has deteriorated. Silos are back. Training opportunities diminished. And org designs that favour HQ rather than the operational teams, leads to frustration and people doing more than 1 jobs

Waste Connections: Most of the time its great. I do get discouraged with the lack of discipline with a few co workers and that when they do not do their job either all the way and or correctly on a constant basis, nothing happens to them. Customers get upset, leave one star reviews and that brings moral down.
Dollar General: The insurance is good. Especially the vision and dental.

TaskUs: For the past 6 years, I can say that my experience is really great. I met a lot of friends and nice people. And also this job supported my family's needs for a long time although I never experienced a basic pay increase during those 6 years of stay.
TP: Worthwhile and grateful because it has kept me surviving through blows of poverty and inlfation but still not enough
