GE Vernova: GE has been a good place to work for the last 21 years. Professional development options are always available, work&life balance has improved over the last recent years. The erosion of benefits (health care, pension) and the very low EOP merit increases (if any) are negatives.

Supervisors choose favorites allowing them to get away with going home or not working.

Goodwill: We are treated well, and get the support that we need, and they show us appreciation and sometimes surprise us and give us paid holidays off with pay and even Christmas Eve off with pay, they are really good to us and have a College Assistance program for Full-Time employees, and a 403-b retirement
