The Michaels Companies: Mostly a positive environment, however for a company that prides itself on customer experience many stores are woefully understaffed, resulting in high stress levels for the employees who do show up.

Ross Stores: Overwhelming, there are never enough people scheduled to get everything done efficiently. The payroll needs to be changed. Customers are constantly complaining about the store mess and lack of cashiers. The only priority is getting stuff out on the floor.

Circle K: I feel undervalued because i recently found out that every single person I work with is paid more than me even people newer than me who work part time when I am a full time employee, I also do tend to pull some extra slack from this person and am still not paid as much

Sanford Health: We all worked through a pandemic shile many were at home. We got vaccinated, went into COVID rooms, and walked around for entire shifts in masks. It feels like it never even happened. No meaningful compensation or true show of appreciation. Don't just make people "feel" compensated. Show them.
Change Healthcare: Get the numbers but you still won't get paid accordingly. People get paid on a scale not on work ethic or performance.
Food lion: Fresh, new management or at least give them a new attitude about their employees.
Aetna: Making sure website is updated with viable caregivers. If not there should be an error message. I have a thing going on because the primary care dentist I chose was accepting new patients for my plan according to the website and now after a care plan has been started and established they are NOT ?
In-N-Out Burger: Many opportunities for growth, good introduction into the work force. Great with working around busy schedules.

Ulta Beauty: Your online service is quite poor, your customer service chatline and phone line require too much personal information from me when I have a member ID readily available to maintain a security screen. Your store sales staff is limited to saying that the location and the technical support can't help

Ascension: I joined and was immediately welcomed by the immediate and expanded team. I have worked in two different areas. Both areas have had small wins and big upsets. Much of the time, my experience is a mix of happy moments and teamwork and challenging issues that linger and are never resolved.

Carrabba's Italian Grill: I feel undervalued because our JvP gives no support what so ever, the lack of training for managers and partners is astonishing. I would feel better if i was acknowledged and compensated when we are down managers and or partners, it isnt fair to do twice as much work with no compensation.

Ascension: It has been a great experience the whole 3.5 years I have been here.
Accenture: Nobody forces you to work , you can complete everything as per your comfortability

Ascension: In a few words....frustrating and "almost". Frustrating that we remain in the hamster wheel of turning over good talent every 3 years because our bottom line didn't turn out. "Almost" as in - we seem to "almost" get to point of implementing innovative best practices - rarely ever getting to finish
Ascension: I have a entry level position so I keep my head down and get the work done. The executive team is so out of touch now that they work from home, it's a shame no one even wants to come back to the office.

Google: Ive only been at google for half a year, but i absolutely love it here. So many great perks. The work is also very exciting. Its definitely an adjustment, because goofle has bery strict processes, but after a coupoe months i got comfortable with it. I would recommend google to anyone.

CBRE: Like many others have describe, their is little to no job growth. The pay is low for work experience coordinators. You're pretty much an office manager manger without the title. Depending on the engagement, you may not see any growth in your career. They lack diversity (POC) in management.
