Startek: Startek cares to employees but has to look in updating the compensation side. Lots of people are leaving due to competitive offer. Hope we can somehow match their offer so we'll have less attrition due to compensation. Startek's training though is fantastic.

Mondelez International North America: Overall experience is good, but with areas that could be better. Work/Life balance is great. Compensation is ok, with opportunity to add more incentives or improve bonus structure. Would like to get more engagement throughout retail structure with team funds or region level meetings
Ascension: the overall benefits package is not competitive with other employers in my market; healthcare benefits are particularly subpar
GE Vernova: I have grown a lot while working for this company.
Mondelez International North America: I work 10-12 hours most days usually work 5-6 hours on weekends as well. I don't mind the work but they have literally taken all work incentives away from us and our employees. Team $ for events, DRPs, etc. The morale was much different when those things existed.
Oracle: Just started. Good culture overall
Mondelez International North America: Overall, I would say working for Mondelez has been great, just wish we would limit some of the barriers we have, and have my control over making our own decisions

It was difficult having one Administrator retire and getting a new one. They both are hard working men but different personalities. The remodeling has been tough.

GE Vernova: I enjoyed working with my close team but I am not satisfied with the business unit way of working: too many competences lost, too many people gravitating around the working team with very limited added value, too many tools issues, transitions. We keep talking about cost out instead of innovation

Startek: My overall experience is very good in this organisation ...even when I joined as an executive I hardly knew about anything in the computer/files/tracker/tools etc. Now I am almost a champ in all these things I would be more happy if i get good compensation. HR/IT/ADMIN - Bad teams
GE Vernova: 27 years worked in a variety of roles through a number of transitions mergers / company name changes. Last 8 years doing in effect the same job but had 6 managers all expecting something different. Just waiting for the next restructuring to understand what is next

Concentrix: Absolutely great! The only reason why I wouldn't/don't emphatically refer people I know to the company is because the city I live in is now a no-hire zone. I didn't know this until I referred family and she ended up being told she would have to start going into the B&M, which isn't what she needed.
