Trimble: There is a lack of vision in child company upper management, but solidarity within the teams. At the highest overarching Trimble level there is support and initiatives for inclusivity, diversity, and culture, but it is slow to trickle down to the child company corporate levels.
T-Mobile: Fantastic company to work for. Leadership truly cares about the workforce.

Flowserve: After working in an investment casting facility for 17 years, Flowserve was a bit of a culture shock. I would feel better if we didnt consume so much time fixing the same mistakes that have been never been solved to root cause. There seems to be a lack of accountability here.
Conduent: it was fantastic journey in conduent i was enjoying a lot and do good work with my friends and conduent conducted so many programs and games also finaly it was nice journey and expericance

Have follow-up treat your customer like you really care not in just words but actions I placed my order last October I've had five cancellations and still do not have my product I asked to return the product it was approved and I've had two cancellations

BNSF Railway: We had safety and integrity in everything we did. Had plans had backup plans. Cared about employee time off and vacation. We got nothing now. Everything is pencil whipped by the higher ups to get ahead. No safety culture anymore. If your loved one has stage 4 cancer FML will be denied several times

Flowserve: People are friendly, onboarding was a disaster (I basically did it on my own), training (specific job responsibilities) leaves a lot to be desired, good environment, work is not too stressful, can most likely stay in this position forever, but don't see a path upward. I'm happy to be employed!

Flowserve: Great team and I enjoy the projects I am working on. I am happy to have the opportunity to work remote. I was informed that I cannot advance my career given the fact that I am remote. It would be nice to consider remote employees in leadership rolls too.

Dollar General: Dollar General is a high target store for theft. When most of that could be avoided if you add a decent amont of staff "especially" during the evening. Then your asked to call your manager at any time for any reason and if she does not like you she will leave you out there hanging.
Memorial Hermann Health System: Low pay!! Management is disorganized and lacks good communication.
Flowserve: Engaging environment that let's you work independently and manage yourself. The work has been challenging enough to make me feel valued.

Flowserve: I am fairly new to Flowserve, but I have had nothing but a great experience so far. Management cares and wants to help you, but is hands off enough that you feel capable of making your own decisions. The team I am apart of is always there to help and has excellent communication with each other.

Tenneco: Great company to work for, I've worked here for almost 30 years.. Unfortunately horrible management at Cambridge plant. Very rude and disrespectful to salary and unionized personnel. Current plant manager has no business being in that position . Terrible leadership skills to say the least.

Camping World: We have had a service claim in on our camper since February. There was a lack of communication the led to it sitting at service for 2 months. When we got it back the issue was still not resolved waiting on warranty claim It has now been 5 months I called emailed no information provided

State Farm Insurance: Due to high attrition rates and lower pay than other companies,employees are doing the work of 3 people. The executives blame lower customer service ratings on the customer facing employees rather than policy decisions that adversely affect their most loyal customers.

Bed Bath & Beyond: Lack of communication with the head main manager at store 2040 has made my experience at hell along side my co-workers. As a result of the lack of a fuctional managemnet and overall attitude of the head manager, many of us are leaving rating this while work experience a 0/10 would never recommend.
