Forever 21: The leadership needs to get better at valuing their employees. Treating them with respect and like human beings.

Trimble: On the whole very good. Occasionally it gets a bit stressful.
JetBlue Airways: Almost every aspect of it. It's clearly the fault of the management rather than the plane or ground staff. Profits before safety and people. Appalling (lack of) communication and frequent late or canceled flights.
JetBlue Airways: Woke company! Has gone downhill in last several years. Now a terrible place to work. Desperately needs new leadership.

Costco: Terrible, no equality. The 3 minutes late 3 times over 30 days is terrible. Cashiers should not be paid more then other departments. One pay scale for all emoyees. A pharmacy cashier, handling peoples prescriptions, gets paid less than a front end cashier. Not all employees in TC are certified
BMO Harris Bank: 1. Provide a current telephone for contact purposes. (The number in my payment does not work,) 2. Employees that are aware who can answer question or who to transfer calls to. 2. Have your employees return telephone calls where messages are let. 3. ANSWER THE TELEPHONE!!!!!

Builders FirstSource: We were guaranteed that our accrued time off would transfer over when BFS took over.... that was not the truth. We had to start all over from the date they took over. We also have to go through numerous people just to find who we need to speak to.

Forever 21: I had a horrible experience working there and it was only my 4th day. Me and my fellow cowoker which we are both minors. We got our stuff ready to clock out and then the manager started yelling and saying there were still much to do after the schedule in fact said i had to leave at this certain time

Union Pacific Railroad: Last few years have been abysmal. Korn Ferry process was a joke and like others, just used as an excuse to cut and demote people. The best and brightest are leaving for good reason. Knowing the company wants your loyalty but offers none in return is astounding. Went from amazing to trash in days

Trimble: We are growing and evolving. Thankfully we had implemented WFH processes way before 2020, COVID. They were able to extend that to all the employees so we could work throughout the pandemic.

WestJet: CSA training is highly inadeqate. Pay is incredibly low for what is expected of you. Morale is low. You ate just a number. It is no longer the old WestJet that had a fabulous reputation where everyone was excited to go to work. Flght benefits are not enough when you can't put groceries on the table!

Trimble: I have never felt so supported as I do here at Trimble. My manager is actively setting me up for my next career move inside the organization. I have the perfect blend of work/life balance. Just have to do something about all the unproductive meetings we have around here.

Nordstrom: No help for the middle class credit card holder. Either close the account or add up late fees.
Trimble: The CEO seems to really care.

Trimble: Trimble has been a great company to be at for the last few years. It's provided growth opportuinities and I can tell the leaders are trying to make progress with the investment of programs. There is still a long way to go but I feel the leaders are invested in that.

Asurion: I have been with Asurion for almost 14 years and I've had the opportunity to work with some extremely talented individuals. I have learned so much from these individuals and I've used this knowledge to excel in my current role. Asurion is by far the best job I have had in my 23 year career
Party City: We dont get breaks or lunches extremely under staffed and if we tell our dm then we are considered being a snitch
Trimble: After 2 times that I applied to Trimble I was accepted. They have accepted me as I am, the Brazil office is a leader in knowledge and they address topics of interest. I have a different vision about wanting to work every day. Year being part of Trimble and I want to build a career of many years here
TaskUs: This is the best company I've been to since I entered BPO.
Booking.com: The core is great, with amazing people. Often in my department there is a large gap between leadership's decisions/view of achievements vs reality. E.g automation is implemented, and is seen as an achievement, but in reality the systems are not making life any better and the team gets frustrated.
Spectrum: Cost, I pay way to much for internet/cable.
FedEx: Stability in the market today.
Asurion: Challenging and rewarding but promotions not always fair and aligned with performance
Trimble: Pay rate is well below market.
Conduent: Overall its a great work environment, where people are productive and enjoy being there.
TaskUs: It's a great experience to be part of TaskUs. Starting from the friendly staffs, the free-meal everyday especially how they take care of their teammates. It was beyond of my expectation. I'm looking forward to more awesome memories with TaskUs also to grow more as a person.
HCLTech: good but sometimes seniors are not supportive

Lufthansa: I often haven't got an alternative airline I can use but I'd pay extra so I DON'T have to fly Lufthansa. I proper cried on a flight once because of their abysmal customer service at check-in and the stewardess sat 2 feet away from me on an almost empty plane and chose to ignore me the whole way
Foundever: Sitel provides the opportunity to learn and develop new skills, that is great for employees who seek to grow. That is my favorite part.
Trimble: I was impressed on the day of my interview. I had back-to-back interviews and was offered the position a few days later. This spoke to me about their efficiency, by streamlining and improving processes; as I expected, this has continued to be the case in all areas.
