Unlimited PTO policy and competitive salary

I like that leadership is transparent and that they listen to us to make the work environment conducive and efficient.

Health insurance is good, open PTO policy is a plus, compensation is competitive. I think Bonus structure and RSU allotment could be better.

I think we are a very diverse company and that there are growth opportunities internally. Trimble gets better every year in my opinion.

The flexibility, I have worked remote since 2019 and I feel that I am trusted and relied on by management to complete my work.

We are all working towards a common goal and everyone seems to understand that. My co-workers respect me as I professional as I do them. They welcomed me to the team when I joined.

My team is fairly new but after meeting them all they all seem to have great personalities. They all have interest outside of work and appear to be skilled in their area of expertise.

I like that I am able to work from the comfort of my home and that I am trusted to complete my deliverable accurately and on time without being micromanaged. I like the collaboration as well.

I have joined a new team recently so my responses will reflect this team. There is restructuring happening currently but, the leadership I have met is very goal focused, they are open and clear about the direction of the team and company.

I like the work/life balance. Being able to take the PTO that I need, when I need it is a big advantage. I am also a remote worker, so having that flexibility give me a sense of freedom and trust from leadership.
