They need to get better at following up on issues that employees raise, instead of just ignoring them. Depending on the issue raised, they should make it priority to resolve it or give valuable feedback on it to the employee(s) that raised it with them.

We are under paid when you compare to the rest of the company

I was never asked about how I feel about my compensation, or given any indication as to what my worth is. I am also under the market related value.

The company should offer at least market related or better salaries in the respective countries. The salary definitely does have a huge impact on the morale of the existing employees and also on the hiring process.
