What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Understandable reporting manager. I feel the culture has spoiled when we bring the serviced based person into product company. Their past experience is very much different than the culture or the People here. Midsize leaders or leads should be recruited from the product based company.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviewers tried to make it more like a conversation than strictly an interview. They took time to get to know me and dive into my answers.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The interview process takes anywhere from 60-90 days to fully complete, sometimes longer if positions are extremely technical. We need to shorten our process to keep up with smaller companies that can make offers after one interview takes place.

What makes you most happy at work?
The greatest source of happiness and satisfaction for me at work is achieving that feeling of accomplishment. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing a challenging project through to completion, knowing the quality of the work is high, and recognizing the positive impact of my efforts.

The same reason as I said earlier, the reporting manager should be kind and there is a partiality within the team. To target and hire product based employees which will make our culture be the same.
