I've been at Trimble for almost 9 years and have grown personally and professionally in every role. I walk in every day knowing that my thoughts and opinions are valued and that I can be my authentic self.

My colleagues and the opportunity to impact change.

Trimble is a relaxed environment where everyone is welcome.

I appreciate our bonus plans and opportunities to purchase stock.

Having colleagues I consider friends and the opportunity to stretch my skills and try new things.

They offer a variety of work including stretch assignments. They are also flexible when needed and don't micromanage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are building a PX team of smart and driven individuals that want to do right by employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do every day has value and I feel like I am making an impact on the organization.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that leadership is in our office. I run into many of them at lunch or in the elevator. They are always friendly and approachable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is global, so I'm always learning about different cultures. It's challenged me to get outside of my US comfort zone and be more mindful of the global employee base.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team gets along well both inside and outside of work. We truly enjoy being around one another which makes communicating at work easier and our all around work interactions more productive.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My location is in office four days a week and we all try to make it enjoyable by eating together or planning larger team lunches. Several of us engage in the on-site activities like Cinco De Mayo, Trivia and Music in the Pavilion.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since our new CEO, the culture is shifting for the better. I mean it was good before him, but now we have visibility to the CEO. He shares monthly updates and makes employees feel valued for the work we are doing. We are driving new initiatives and efforts that will make us better as an organization
