What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we are acclimating to return to the office, the environment after the remodel is wonderful. Everything is very nice. The culture, it is hard to say since there is a variable work schedule.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The lack of benefits at may levels does not make me feel valued. The penalty for insuring my spouse with me forced us to change insurance when his unemployment ended causing us to have to find all new doctors. Also the lack of a proper place to sit down and eat lunch is sad.
