Seem very real, strightforward and honest. No one seems to have any hidden agendas, or power struggle. Everyone seems committed to the team and everyone.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Key: Information is lacking. Reg rating my manager: This was difficult because important nuances are gone in such questionnaires. Things are normally not black and white. E.g. in my case I have a new manager - difficult to rate this early. It inspires me to be more direct from now on.

Insurance is very good. Stock has been nice too.

Reg. culture: As the MD of Trimble Solutions Sandvika AS I think I get too much paid, compared to some of my colleagues. And the way the "money is shared" is not according to our original company culture. We new this would become an issue when we got acquired.

The 401(K) match is terrible. It hurts our recruiting.

Good team people. No hidden agendas, or power seekers. Everyone seems to be working together and working on same goals for success. People care about each other.

watching the overall success. Watching sales people have success, watching our clients succeed and helping with matters that seem to benefit employees and clients accross the board.
