Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I generally feel valued and enjoy my work here, but I believe my compensation is slightly below the current market rate for my role. A small base pay adjustment to align with standard industry benchmarks would make me feel fully recognized for my contributions.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Daily meetings should be work related and not forced water-cooler conversation. This leads to 3-5 hours of wasted time weekly.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Promotions appear to prioritize soft skills over technical mastery. This creates a disconnect where strategic decisions or technical suggestions made at the leadership level often lack feasibility, inadvertently creating a burden for the execution teams.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Trimble is about as good as it gets under capitalism, but I still can't be too excited about alienated labor. Decisions that place velocity over quality make things unnecessarily stressful for support teams like mine.
