What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Too little time (or rather, no time at all) is invested in the personal development of employees. There are practically no opportunities for career steps, at least in our division. You either accept this or leave the company. Naturally, this also has a negative impact on the motivation.

The world is about to collapse, there's wars everywhere, the climate change is killing people all over the world and what we focus on is ROI and profit. We should instead focus on ways to help people in need and to focus on mental health and justice.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although the price list for products and services has been adjusted (increased) at least 10 times over the last 5 years, salary increases are lower than the inflation rate. This should be changed in our opinion.

It seems in Trimble developers could already be sent out and the management is convinced that AI should take over. If we are where we are is because of our products, not because of managers.

Overall the company culture is dominated by the belief USA is ruling the world, economy is the only thing that matters and capitalism is the only way. We're destroying the world and are happy to do so.
