What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my work colleagues (not direct team members) are honest, open minded and ambitious individuals who make collaborative projects fun and interactive while also showing authenticity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can't say this for the entire company or every segment of my division however, positivity is a result of a handful of coworkers I work with who are ambitious, authentic and want to do as well as they can in their roles.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I want: 1) clear and consistent strategic direction from leadership team for product management and the freedom and authority to execute. 2) Clear framework for promotion and career growth that management follow and honor 3) Less gas lighting about promotion talks
