What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I have heard and seen good things about the leadership team here at Trimble. But, unfortunately that doesn't reflect down with mid level managers, especially mine. Most of the managers in my team expect us to follow them blindly and there's no scope for collaboration.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After performing and meeting all the expected goals for over a year, my manager gives me feedback on my personality during appraisal and gave me 2.66% hike this year.

I’ve never had job feedback even. Not even a good work after 60-70 hour weeks. And no pay rise.

What makes you most happy at work?
Always optimistic, and personally hugely successful, love my team! And most teams around. but recently fell victim to some major politics which has realistically destroyed my career, without any checks and balances.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of openness, transparency in communication and recognition of your employee's good work goes a long. Instead of amplifying and helping your employees grow, people are trying to secure their jobs here by blaming the team members. This is the beginning of an apocalypse.
