Remote working & bonus, good annual leave

Employee stock purchase plan enables the employee to increase their compensation. Profit-sharing is paid out quarterly, which is good too. Immediately available and vested 401k. Good PTO plan even factoring the two company shutdown weeks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is full of professionals who care about each others.

We're all motivated to work to shared goals. We're all well engaged. There is healthy conflict and disagreements. Technically our combined skills and expertise make us a strong team and we all have different areas of expertise where we can learn from one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing at Trimble are the people, no matter where they are located.

It feels inclusive, it feels like they're always trying to do the right thing and we get to be involved in that, we don't always get it right or do what we say we're going to but there is genuine aspiration and willingness to try and be better

Has grown a lot in people including employees and leadership, annual revenue has steadily increased, and the impact and customers have increased significantly as well.
