I've been here a year, I've been welcomed, trained, looked after, given the right tools and been very supported by my manager and team.

I have a brilliant boss, good hiring managers and a nice team to work with

We all get on, we support each other, we are able to stay in touch easily despite being spread across many countries, we are brought together by our Manager who is fantastic

We're all motivated to work to shared goals. We're all well engaged. There is healthy conflict and disagreements. Technically our combined skills and expertise make us a strong team and we all have different areas of expertise where we can learn from one another.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It feels inclusive, it feels like they're always trying to do the right thing and we get to be involved in that, we don't always get it right or do what we say we're going to but there is genuine aspiration and willingness to try and be better

They have heart & have followed through on meaningful human interest matters that aligned to global organisation key objectives.It's what you do when no one is looking that really matters &by choosing not to use the story to benefit the company brand speaks volumes of the outstanding leadership team
