The job has its tedious parts like all jobs do, but I have had so many great experiences in my 4 years thus far
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things, celebrating wins with the team, and interacting with customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The AI boom is changing product management and I'm thankful the leadership team is empowering us to learn without restrictions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
People who want to help our customers and make great products. We are not self serving and care about the end user above all else.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Trimble compensation is lower when compared to the market and promotions through the various pay levels is a challenge. Too many managers prevent promotions because of their past experiences.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are given the opportunity to learn, lead, and collaborate with everyone around us. I have never had a boss that managed my day to day activities, tried to connect me with other teams, or push me in certain directions. I have done this myself and am encouraged to do so.
