Management could be realigned, and more opportunities for hourly associates, and a pay increase for the tenure associates. We were told that we had maxed out but never shown what the pay grade/top pay is for the jobs performed
Walmart: Large company. Abundant opportunities to take leadership if you have willpower and initiative.
GE Healthcare: Contrast Imaging pharmaceutical Supply chain problems for hospitals doing CTs is at a dangrtous level.
Adobe: nothing negative to say its a great company to work for!

International SOS: Expensive for mediocre service. Better options out there and they appear to be overconfident or overstate their capabilities
TaskUs: From the highest position down to our minimum wager employees, I never felt there's a gap nor special treatment. Our company is highly trusted as well especially when it comes to resolving minor to major cases.
LexisNexis Legal & Professional: Work/Life Balance is great. More compensation amd pto would be great. Better benefits. My insurance doubled in price this year so more compensation to male up for the cost of healthcare would be nice as well.

Wayfair: To explain is briefly it's way to laid back you got managers breaking there own/ company rules and got safety managers racing bikes when their is no work... I thought thats considered to be stealing company time?! And just unorganized team leads
Spectrum: Spectrum assoc. did nothing but lie to us, i have called and have not received good customer service. Talked to many people, everyone passes the buck to someone else. Nothing gets settled--very unhappy and planing to replace Spectrum

The recent debacle over Juneteenth is just one example of leadership's failure to anticipate the union's response to a policy change.

Conduent: Depends on team and sector, culture is different between verticals. Govt has people with high tenure and treat others poorly. They don't want change. Commercial has newer tenured people and treat others well and embrace change. Processes in presales are bureaucratic and manual. Need changes.

Burger King: Asked for federal to be taken out of my checks several times never happened. I left this job ands am having trouble getting someone to send me documentation off my last day

Referral programme is meaningless none of my friend's referral got any call from company he is very disappointed with company. This demotivated me from dropping referrals.

Noodles & Company: My experience was outrageous. I started this job to get more money and was rarely ever scheduled. Hours were not very common and management rarely ever did their job. A shift typically consisted of managers sitting in the back while employees did all the work up front. Employees should be paid more.
