Compared to industry standards, our pay range appears to be at the lower end of the market especially for a manager. Hope that can be adjusted in the near future.
Open door policy to talk about anything to anyone. No tension or drama, everyone is open to new ideas you propose and willing to try new things as long as you can prove what you are testing.
What makes me feel undervalued is that I've been here for over 5 years and for a manager, my salary should be much higher compared to industry standards. I feel that oftentimes internal promotions settle for cheaper pay as the trade off is working for a company they enjoy despite the pay.
