TaskUs: Overall experience so far is fair enough, we just dont want the way we are being transferred to one LOB to another

CHANEL: I've been with this company for 5 years and I want to say one word. Change. Management method, operation method, salary package, commission package.
Conduent: not good so far. Major major issues is compensation.. old employee will not 50% of market salary when compare to new associated. Conduent not retaining the talent and talent goes out due to salary concern which impact client and business

A VP actually wrote that they wiuldmknlynapprove a projectnif it was led and defined by their department. Spectrum is a large, conglomerate public company that never matured.

For a new employee joining Conduent after College should be given the Orientation training which should change the perspective how they are going to behave, speak and work for their life there after. Need much focus from Cond; which currently lacks in a few location.
AutoZone: Focus on profit, cutting cost by reducing hourly employees benefits. Senior executives team pay attention to bottom line by take away hourly employees benefits and minimal increase so that they could receive large amount of stock options.

Wynn Resorts: Alot of gaslighting and passive aggressive behavior goes on here, by management. Its like an abusive relationship youre forced to stay in. You truly are just a number. Come in, keep your head down, and hope to be able to survive the day. Each day is survival mode. Company could care less about you.
TaskUs: Honestly, TaskUs is the best company that I've experienced so far. My skills and efforts were appreciated. People are so friendly and approachable. Salary always on time.
Kia America: I'm so bummed that the k8 is not available in usa I WANT IT. I love my cadenza. This is my second one. The only downfall is I had to by a 2019 in 2020 due to the 2020s not rolling out until end of July. I want to go to Canada to buy it but 8 hour trip for service uuugh. Help

Sally Beauty: I got lucky with my location, the managers and my coworkers are super nice and very chill, but customer service/retail is awful and to be honest $15/hr and nice workers are not enough for that.

Verizon: Verizon is a good company to work for but it will cost you. If your a front line employee expect constantly changing performance expectations, micromanagement and missing out on many life events.
Qualcomm: more responsible and accountability after production line expended. Have to cover task on those employee left and new join are with higher salary or position that require continuously provide guidance even after few months.

Honeywell: Horrible culture. Resistant to change. Difficult to move the needle of progression because there is a lot of tenure and employees don't know that there are other, better, more innovative ways of doing things. It's stagnant and suffocating to say the least.
