Sally Beauty: It is draining. Expectations are usually unrealistic. There is a huge disconnect between associates and district managers. District managers are toxic and dismiss all concerns and expect you to make your quota so they can get their bonus. They only care about getting their bonus.

IGT: No career prospects or path. Favours for friends. Poor reward and compensation system. Too much emphasis on few individuals building silos.

Express Employment Professionals: This is a wonderful company built on uplifting all people from all walks of life, serving our community in outreach events, even adapting to the pandemic with drive-thru job fairs and remote resources.
AECOM: Projects are cool sometimes. No real incentive to work hard because pay is terrible, no bonuses, no promotions, no raises. Executives are paid well, people who actually do the work are given meager salaries.

Amazon: I'm not sure how other warehouses are, but mine is extremely abusive to its employees, especially those at the bottom. They are not provided proper equipment, for safety or productivity (scanners don't even work). Site leader is incompetent, and workers are abused and overworked for those on top

Textron: My experience has been very positive specifically with my manager and my larger team. Decision making on a large scale is not transparent and often it takes ages to get even the smallest changes approved by upper management, but I know my manager and my larger team trust me to get the job done.

Sherwin-Williams: I have worked for SW twice now. The first time I left was to become a nurse the second time was for medical reasons. I absolutely love working for this company. Expeditors: Wonderful company! Need more work-life balance and work from home options. The new initiative of 28 days per year is not enough. There is no reason for some of us to have to commute to work each day. We should be able to go in to the office once a week for team gathering/bonding. Give move options.
