Destination Pet: Communication and participation are very important
Destination Pet: It is very faced paced and I really like. I especially like the mission of the company and the people I work with.
Destination Pet: So far it has not been enjoyable, i am never excited to come to work. It seems like the company cares more about money than they do about people or the dogs in our care.
Destination Pet: Lack of communication, hours have been cut, lack of respect
Destination Pet: My overall experience is a very good one. I feel valued, and positive and I enjoy the work that I do and my team.
Destination Pet: It started off great, we got bought out and now everything is all about money and not about the dogs and quality anymore. My concerns are that the company doesn't seem to have any formal onboarding or training for new hires, and it feels like "sink or swim".
Destination Pet: Overall my experience is great!

Ambius: Everyone needs to be making a few dollars more per hour to even come close to meeting the rising costs of everything. They give us dime raises twenty cents and this year was forty cents. The true incentive to work hard gets lost with the horrific pay.
Sweetwater: I worked for Guitar Center/Music & Arts for 18 years. The last 3 years were some of the worst in my life. Since joining the team here at Sweetwater I am shocked and amazed daily about the culture of "customer first". Every associate lives and breathes this mentality
Destination Pet: I like working here very much, but the pay is so low, that it would make more local sence to look for another job. Quality of life is on the poverty line. I haven't yet because I'm hoping on my 2nd year anniversary (soon) my pay rate will go up a bit. If not, then I'll move on from Destination Pet.

Workiva: They try to be open and inclusive.
Sweetwater: The passion and drive to do the right thing.
Sweetwater: My experience at Sweetwater has gone from great, to becoming a chore. Unfortunately, it's become a chore to be here every day. It's become difficult to stay invested in what we're doing here with no idea of a path forward. It's become a mundane and repetitive "going through the motions" thing.
Enshored: The company is invested in making a culture that is centered on its core values. They don't try hard to be like other BPO companies, but rather Enshored is built differently. A rebel of a good kind.

Glovo: High energy, good vibe, polite and technically skilled
NVR: Came in w/ much respect & angst to learn & support a company that once valued its employees. Things have changed drastically. Cambria: Excellent commitment to customer service.
Destination Pet: High workload and responsibility. Tolerable during slow seasons but stress gets very high during busy seasons
Smartsheet: Overall is really good. I am pretty new so I dont know much about other opportunities do I have. Sometimes the amount of work can be overwhelming, especially when you are brand new. Every process here is very manual, which is the most surprising thing for me being this a tech company.

Vacasa: Vacasa is trying to automate everything yet I have to pay a premium price for automation. The app is useless for the homeowner. The app doesn't work for the housekeeper. Conn's HomePlus: The refrigerator I purchased was returned and they replaced, but the delivery company put a dentin the door and did nothing about it. not only that, Im on auto pay and sent extra payment in to have my bill paid before the promo, they said it was 2 days after and are now trying to charge interest.
SiriusXM: Not good! Bullying from the top down. My Chau Nguyen constantly looked down her nose at staff and has zero leadership skills.
American Heart Association: Employees work VERY hard at this organization and it is a great organization, however, pay does not reflect effort.
Extra Space Storage: The new manager blames purported company policy on "the system," and does a lot of hand-wringing and making excuses. The previous manager was terrific. The new one finds ways to add multiple charges, and clearly doesn't know what she's doing. No more storage units for me!

GoodLeap: Many years in the industry and yet so much to learn joining GoodLeap.
Jamba Juice: Everything there needs work\ help
Paul Davis Restoration: No accountability, and jacked up prices
QVC: I have used my direct express card (issued by government for senior citizens and disabled) on qvc previously. Now it won't let me use for easy pay because it's saying a prepaid card which it's not, but if I wanted to pay in full you have no problem using the card. Very upset not fair. Unfair to seni
GoodLeap: My overall experience has been great. One of the challenges is that I was not paid my referral bonus even though everyone knew I referred the employee. If a referral has left off an employee in the past when applying they were still paid out.
Sargent & Lundy: Great experience so far :)

Insomnia Cookies: the actual store employees are amazing people
Everbridge: My overall experience is positive. The new leadership team seems to be moving things in the right direction. I'm glad the decision was made to remain remote after COVID and that the company is embracing a digital first culture.

Zynga: Train your customer support team with wwf2 to actually help the players when there is an issue. Over 1 week and they are unable to fix my game. Tivo: customer service needs people who speak ENGLISH well, listen well, can paraphrase callers' issues accurately, document issues accurately
Yes! Communities: Most imprortent issue call- no teturn. Email- no return. Never keep his word, rent goes up- with double fee, leaks / water sewer. Destination Pet: My company, not DP, is everything I hoped it could be. I've grown as a person, I've been challenged, and I've put my blood, sweat and tears into making sure it's successful. There isn't anything I wouldn't do to keep my team and my dogs safe.
Bob's Discount Furniture: Trying to process a claim and they are denied saying not covered. How do you not cover a stain that causes discoloration on a table and not cover stains on pillow cushions. Tried cleaning with goof poof didn't work put in a claim and decline because I tried cleaning them and zipper rips. Poor servic
Bloomingdale's: customer service and credit resolution is incompetent, patronizing, unresponsive. It took 4 months to resolve an issue that resulted in a zero balance. Should have been resolved in 10 min. Can"t talk to a live person. They deserve the low ratings for management!!!!!!!!
WaFd Bank: Customer service and stability. They are a portfolio lender and value my business. I feel taken care of.
Chime: I added $ to my card and tried to transfer to Cash App 5x. Your company denied my attempts. I then googled Chime Support and spoke with an agent that was actually monitoring my Chime screen then he stole $418.00 from me. Your customer service said someone will call me in 24-48 hours. Not cool
MasTec Network Solutions: It was a great experience
Destination Pet: Seeing the animals we have durning the day
PlayStation: Your customer service regarding my PS VR repair has been utterly horrible. You should be ashamed of the way your company handles this service, and the complete lack of care provided by your employees. I have over three hours invested in phone calls to you for a product you've had since May 11th!
Destination Pet: i love the safety here but need higher pay to live in denver
FPI Management: Horrible customer service and the apartments are falking apart.
Destination Pet: I have seen alot of changes in the last 2 years and I have had a hard time keeping up with the demands from Corporate as they change what they want us to monitor or send in very very often. I now have several documents I have to fill out daily that all have the same stuff on them..
Destination Pet: my experience has been wonderful. A bit overwhelming at times.
Signify Health: I believe that Signify Health is a very credible company

Great Expressions Dental Centers: I have paid dentures over three year ago and now that covid over they dim my dental work as incomplete. They are refusing to give me a refund for service not rendered.
Vacasa: Everything it’s great love the p
Destination Pet: Huge improvements needed in the integration process as well as sharing expectations regarding all changes from the start. Communication between the corporate side & the center side needs to be much better & delivering info to center mgrs at different experience levels instead of a blanket approach
Mortenson: The best benefit is the Sabbatical program.
Destination Pet: The aninals and my coworkers
Tennant: Mechanical tests, tool understanding tests, basic layout understanding testing. All BEFORE someone new even gets the chance to be brought out onto the production floor.

GoodLeap: there are 2 separate sales teams we should all be 1 team and share the same benefits
Glovo: ! ! ! ! !
Bristol Farms: The Newport Bach store routinely fails to live up to coupon offers (just ran out, never came in on the load, etc.). Pretty much bait and switch. Many customers have the same complaint.
Insperity: Smart and we work really well together
Destination Pet: I have had a lot of awful days where I feel drained and stressed and there is so much to do and a lot of the times I feel like I cannot keep up with the work load. other days i feel really good and i have a great day. It all really depends.
Paul Davis Restoration: Absolutely terrible. Ruined my home. Never came after calling with water damage with caused black mold all over the house. They allowed the damage to increase because there is zero communication. After 2 months of back and forth and broken promises we fired PD and hired a new company for repairs.
Bausch & Lomb: Great company, great benefits, great people
Destination Pet: I am unhappy. I sold my practice to DP and they have not kept their promises. I am not going to be able to keep my end of the deal production wise with all the changes and will not earn my additional payout which means I will leave when I get fed up. No one seems to care about my opinion.
Destination Pet: I dont like some of my coworkers, but i love working with my managers and front-of-building people. I really like that i personally help the dogs and take care of them.

GoodLeap: I have never been more proud to work at a company, the vision and direction of this company is special and meaningful.
Destination Pet: I give a lot to my job and am always happy to do the extra work because i know in the end it benefits the dogs and my co workers. I just wish management saw the value and appreciated me.
Paul Davis Restoration: everything, everything, everything, everything, everything.
Destination Pet: The are really great collaborators!
GoodLeap: kind, supportive and fun to work with
GoodLeap: Company has been amazing in the past and somewhere I recommended amongst anyone. But it seems the care for employment has become a last concern versus previously employees felt appreciated. Overall GoodLeap is a great company and with the right changes would an exceptional place to work.
GoodLeap: Despite only having worked here for less than half a year. I feel I have learned a lot, grown a lot and that there is an opportunity to grow more here. In addition to being surrounded by people with many successes who help and motivate us to grow together personally and as a company.
Destination Pet: I feel undervalued because of my pay
GoodLeap: I love the people, the culture and our mission. Best place I've worked!
Destination Pet: Seems to get somewhat better then worse? We have so many areas of improvement and just simply not enough staff to do the jobs. If we had enough people, that can be properly trained with the intention that they stay, we could have something really nice. This place has so much potential.
Destination Pet: It is difficult to set expectations for the front desk to schedule my grooming appointments. Some days i am wildly overbooked. The Yourgi app is horrible.
GoodLeap: I love that this company is all about helping other parts of the world but I am disappointed in how little they care about the people right here. I wish that employees had more of a voice here because I do like my job, it just needs a few adjustments.

Destination Pet: Very fun and rewarding work , never a dull day.
GoodLeap: No micro management going on.

GoodLeap: Still fairly new within the company and have almost no complaints. My overall experience has been fantastic.
Destination Pet: I like it here better than other places
GoodLeap: Competitive base and generous bonus structure
GoodLeap: Pretty satisfied, love the experience.
GoodLeap: I have alot more to offer to this company with the experience I have on how to improve over all flow and experiences but there doesnt seem to be an effective way to have that information considered and evaluated. When suggestions are made you dont feel like you are credited for the contribution
GoodLeap: I started and received informal training but my experience and skillset kept me growing. We have since developed training and there continues to be a lot of growth and development in and around the division I'm in. I enjoy and admire the people I work with.
Destination Pet: My experience here has changed my life. It really makes me proud working here and doing something im passionate about. It is rewarding and supports me and my little family. I couldnt be happier about my time here
GoodLeap: The people at Goodleap are what drive it. Not the investors, not the CEO, the people actually spending hours on the phone with IRATE customers working through problems investors never had to deal with. Pay people what they're worth, and Goodleap will be MORE profitable than it already is. Promise.
GoodLeap: Since I started 6 months ago there have been many changes that have affected us in a negative way.
GoodLeap: they are very kind and helpful
GoodLeap: The company has been able to grow and sustain itself even when the real estate market is down so its a very big achievement
GoodLeap: I love it here and plan to retire with Goodleap. I love it so much I convinced my sister to come work for us as well, she agrees, this is the best company to work for.
GoodLeap: Positive engagements throughout each day and step.
GoodLeap: commission structure keeps changing, making it harder to earn it. Seems like Goodleap is having a cash flow problem, doesnt want to pay out for the work being done, keeps squeezing the incentive structure. Decreased the moral of the department.
Commvault: Great culture, great people, great tech. Fast moving, challenging and rewarding. Have loved my time at Commvault.
GoodLeap: So far I have nothing but good things to say! My managers are both great and everyone on my team is competent and fun to work with. The recruitment process was also the best of any of the companies that I interviewed with.
GoodLeap: There's no positive culture here sadly.
GoodLeap: Happy to be a part of GoodLeap and to help homeowners live a more sustainable future!
