GoodLeap: I honestly feel this is one of the biggest blessings in my life at the time I received this job. I was in a broken time in my life and it honestly saved me and made me find my purpose again and I wouldn't change it for anything!!
GoodLeap: management in certain departments abuses their power and overworks their employees. IT is a joke and lazily (and typically inaccurately) closes out tickets for issues unresolved. Some managers will work from home most days, but their subordinates aren't granted the same privilege. the list goes on.
GoodLeap: One of the best companies I have ever worked for. Not without it's faults, as with any company, and the work can be very challenging, but overall I am beyond happy with this position.
GoodLeap: Working here is phenomenal. I feel like I have an opportunity every day to make a difference for a lot of people.
GoodLeap: I have enjoyed my time here. I do wish that performance was involved with our pay instead of everyone getting the same. I also wish there were score cards to rate our performance so we can get a better understanding of what we can improve on.

GoodLeap: Best. Job. Ever! Seriously I love my job. Management truly wants to help you succeed. You never have to be shy or embarrassed to ask for help. My manager has had my back several times when I disputed marks against my work. I feel supported and heard as well as valued as an employee.

Destination Pet: The center I work at was a 2022 acquisition. The climate at work when the news broke that we were going from being family owned to a corporation was hostile. Many were skeptical including myself. My skepticism was wrong and I can now see the growth for myself with DP.
Destination Pet: Very rewarding My job makes me a better person:)
Destination Pet: Overall, DP is great and my center is fantastic! I do think that their is room for improvement on corporate level and systems that may require tweaking. I also would like to see corporate more involved at a center level and to take more feedback from centers regarding projects and plans.
