Destination Pet: Good experience, I hate when prices constantly change and having to explain that to owners. I also hate not being fully staffed and having to adjust appointment schedules because I dont have enough employees staffed or with experience to handle certain cases or the case load.
Destination Pet: As the company has grown over the years, many things have changed. I've tried to adjust my team's goals as changes occur so we are forward thinking. Many times things do not move as fast as I think they should. I have the companies best interest at heart and the slow responses are frustrating.
Destination Pet: interesting and always changing, maybe less training stuff
Destination Pet: Bonus structure based on performance. 6mon and yearly performance reviews
Destination Pet: Great company to work for, especially if you are innovative, creative, caring, and a "Pet Lover". This is our company's motto, but it has never been truer. This is what is required everyday at this company, and that is perfect.
Destination Pet: We always get it done!
Destination Pet: Seeing and hearing about everyone's pets!
Destination Pet: I am satisfied with my job and strive to do it well
Destination Pet: I enjoy my time at the company but I feel with a very low salary and the fact that neither I nor my friends would be in the "club" we will never really get a fair shake. Destination Pet: The amount of responsibilities each individual has to cover is way more than they should have to deal with. There are many items I have been working on that were not discussed during my interview process.
Acceptance Insurance: Better customer service, they take their sweet time doing anything for me and very difficult to even get a hold of. Very rude to me. This mainly applies to my adjuster and my claim and this is with me going through my own insurance. As soon as I can ill be switching insurance because this is awful.

The Parking Spot: Great can be better with more staff
Netsmart Technologies: Good collaboration. Staff in general is skilled and effective.
Rci: It costs us a lot of money. You need to pay for each simple thing despite that RCI is taking our points from Wyndham. Sometimes it’s ridiculous, especially when you checking in in the resorts: the resort fees, parking, electricit

I also believe training needs to be improved on

Destination Pet: Male vs Female pay gap. Lack of salary consistency and transparency from department to department.
CliftonLarsonAllen: Going pretty well so far.
Destination Pet: I feel that I'm asked to perform many different roles, perform well at all of them, and work at an extremely fast pace. There is diluted accountability and ownership of certain tasks which makes it difficult for me to know exactly what my responsibilities consist of.

Destination Pet: Things were pretty good until destination pet took over. When they did things were good at first, but quickly went south. Its like we were forgotten about half way through our training. It has been a struggle.
UGI Utilities: Good company to work for
Toast: Toast is a great company. I love my coworkers, have faith in the leadership team, and believe that we really do care about our customers and communities!

HEALTHEDGE SOFTWARE, INC.: Inclusion, diversity and wanting to always do better
Gentex Corporation: Proud of working in a leading mirror company
Zimplats: Challenging and fast paced environment
Books A Million: The employee discount is the only positive thing I can think of right now. The culture is mostly pushing for metrics and getting told we should be grateful for any pittance that they give us for a raise once a year.
Books A Million: My coworkers, being around books and talking about books with people.
NETSCOUT: Steep learning curve in the beginning, followed by years of routine. Overall positive, but no meaningful growth.

Destination Pet: I love seeing all the fur babies
Dodge: It values courage, integrity, and leadership
StandardAero: Great experience working here so far
Smartsheet: Smartsheet is a WONDERFUL company, one of the first things you will notice when you are hired is how graciously communications are managed from the recruiting team making sure you know everything about your role to your leadership who to my surprise are very open to communication.
Ergotron: generous PTO and culture of flexibility
Globus Medical: This is the absolute best company in the world to work for
Destination Pet: This is a very relaxed and understanding company.
Destination Pet: The 401K matching and the vet coverage for 2 dogs
The Nature Conservancy: It's core values to preserve nature.
IBM: A forward thinking, progressive company on the cutting edge of big tech products
Destination Pet: I feel like Destination Pet does not value the individualism of their centers, and everything feels more corporate than it should for a pet care position.
IPC Systems: we work together and support each other
Destination Pet: Since being aquired, it has continued to go down hill. The last 3 months are the worse it's ever been. I worry for the safety and wellbeing of the dogs. The changes being implemented are destroying our company to turn more corporate, at the expense of client satisfaction, safety and care of the dogs
Destination Pet: Since DP came in, it has been a change of pace for us. We now have benefits, which is huge these days. I have had an amazing experience with DP, and plan to be here long term.....if yall will have me :)
Los Angeles Times: 401(k) match, unlimited PTO, decent healthcare benefits.
Destination Pet: I love the culture we have at my location but do not feel supported by corp
Destination Pet: My experience has fluctuated greatly. There has been a heavy amount of leadership change in the last year that has effected priority focuses and overall morale.
Destination Pet: People at the company are very friendly. Everyone seems willing to help. The issue is this company is growing too fast. They buy one after the other without taking care of the facilities they have. I understand growth, but some facilities need attention. Repair and growth related.
Destination Pet: Smart people but goals are too aggressive and cause horrible work/life balance and high turnover. Everyone is working minimum 3 jobs to keep the team afloat.
Datadog: the healthcare benefits and stock options
Destination Pet: first time working for a corporation and I'm not a huge fan of all the corporate "stuff" --all the emails, all the meetings, all the changes to how things could be done more simply. The clinic itself is great.
Destination Pet: I have been the GM at this company for over 10 years. It's part of who I am. I am looking for new challenges. The acquisition phase of DP taking over was very difficult for me.
SiriusXM: Diversity of channel offerings and programming
Destination Pet: Good. Due to shortage of vets it’s hard for me to move up into ownership or equity in a clinic and encourage the company to acquire more clinics that are closing in our area . So I’m happy to be stuck in MD position as well as work as a vet to mentor new grads but hop
Destination Pet: My experience overall has been excellent and I have a great mentor, although lately I have not had a chance to interact with her. The only reason I hesitate to encourage others to apply for a job here is that a person I tried to refer had a very negative recruitment experience.
HEALTHEDGE SOFTWARE, INC.: The company is changing and growing rapidly and that's a good thing, but it also creates a lot of stress in order to keep up
Medical Teams International: Opportunity to experience love and extend the best help you can for a hurting person and the rewarding joy of seeing them heal holistically.
Ethan Allen: People love what they do
Anaplan: Coworkers are collaborative and mutually support one another
Destination Pet: I've had the opportunity to grow and expand my knowledge in this field. My input is valued and requested. We discuss ways to improves processes but need to work on the follow through as well as revisiting procedures that are not working. Once we do, we will be a much more efficient company.
Destination Pet: chaotic and disorganized. Not really any way for us to succeed when we can barely make budget.
Destination Pet: A very comfortable work environment
Destination Pet: Rocky, I don't feel I have room for growth.
Destination Pet: I am not excited switching over to this company has been very challenging.
Guidehouse: Customer service, employee training, transparency
L.A. Care Health Plan: The benefits and the WFH ability.
Destination Pet: It seems new but excited to grow with the company.
Destination Pet: Corporate is too small for the # of buildings they manage; everyone is required to fulfill multiple roles in order to succussed at their assigned job/task, there are not systems in place for the departments to be on the same page & so CM/GM's have to talk to 4 different dept before there is clarity
Destination Pet: Happy to be working with competent staff and co-workers in my office
Valvoline: Being more open with their employees
Destination Pet: I love the people I work for, but overall, we are very understaffed and undervalued. Things seem to be going downhill fairly fast.
Destination Pet: The company has changed a large amount and the Leadership has changed. I would like to see them on less calls about our centers and be at our centers more. Knowing our teams and supporting us
King's Hawaiian: Great culture with a sense of belongingness and a lot of opportunities to grow and learn.
Bahwan CyberTek: BCT has presence across 20 countries so they embrace diversity wholeheartedly. This makes their work culture one of the best in the industry. My time at BCT has been the most productive years of my life.
DTCC: Generous bonus and time off policy.
Destination Pet: I have experienced bullying from my peers, and it has impacted me negatively in my personal life. Management has also been very bad lately. There is no clear communication, and we all feel like we are not respected, and we have no value. We constantly get belittled, and it gets very frustrating.
Notcutts: Nick burrows acknowledgment of all staff makes them feel valued
The Greenbrier: My coworkers are great. The pay is decent.
Destination Pet: Most of it has been awful
Willamette Dental Group: Over the top process .
Cumberland Farms: Ability to work together as a team to complete tasks.
Destination Pet: I'm very new with our company at destination pet. So far they are great about offering support, and that they are there to help.
Benjamin Moore: Team building and development amongst all employees
PIH Health: more interactive/less top down conversation
Destination Pet: Its alright. It keeps you busy and moving a lot which makes the day go fast, at least in boarding. However, it's drainingnin daycare. Some dogs are not well suited but some staff keep giving chances to the dogs because they like them.
Dun & Bradstreet: Transparency across the organization. Change is an action, not a word. There is a lot of untapped potential in the organization that is stifled due to the old way of doing things.
Destination Pet: I really like the fact that this company is very animal motivated. I've worked at multiple other dog daycare/boarding centers where it was revenue > safety/happiness of the animals. It's good to be apart of a company that cares and help share that mindset with my staff.
Destination Pet: not what i was promised. a series of let downs.
Destination Pet: I Enjoy it very much
Destination Pet: Cross-functional collaborative teams driving projects and initiatives
Destination Pet: So far, it has seemed like my center was previously very neglected. Hopefully that changes moving forward. The support I have received in the duration of my employment has been wonderful.
Destination Pet: Very supportive and always accomodating
Destination Pet: I've really loved working at DP. I've grown immensely and built new skillsets since coming to work here.
Destination Pet: They are always available when needed
Percepta: It's a great company! They offer fantastic benefits and every team works together to keep everything going! I really love my team and I'd highly recommend working for Percepta!
Destination Pet: my overall experience at DP has been good, I've learned so much, and I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of amazing people. I have also been recognized and rewarded for working hard, which feels good. However, the workload has always been higher than I feel I can keep up with reasonably.
Destination Pet: I have been here for roughly 2 years now and though I have had a few ups and downs, I have never stopped loving my job. I have been recognized for my contributions and continue to move up. I am looking forward to advancing further and further in this company and could see retiring here.
Destination Pet: great so far so far
Destination Pet: I have not been with the management side of things for a long time but being with the dogs and working in the centet directly with them, I think more can be done to make things run smoother since we are nation wide company.
Destination Pet: I enjoy my time here, but the negatives are my workload & broken promises. I've been told things need to change to fix my bandwidth issues, but nothing has happened yet. I've been told I would receive promotions that fell thru. It is hard seeing others get promotions and recognition & I don't.
Destination Pet: In the center it is wonderful. Whenever upper leadership gets involved, things go sour. Raises are denied, labor is cut to where we have solo employees in departments. Burnout and retention is not a concern of upper management. It seems that all budget goes to buying new centers
Destination Pet: I love that they don't act like its all about the money and they truly care about the animals
Destination Pet: Our leadership culture is excellent but our clinical teams don't feel the same way. We should be putting all of our efforts into creating positive, joyous, psychologically safe, progressive, and modern work environments for our clinical teams and not being laser-focused on labor
Destination Pet: This is by far the best company I have worked for. Since being in the vet field as a technician and CSR since 2012, I am highly motivated here and happy as well as wanting to grow in positions. I am very happy with my team, peers, and mentors. They truly are the best pack.
Destination Pet: I am very grateful to be here and it is one of the best decisions i have ever made.
Destination Pet: It's a pretty good company, stellar benefits, I do not think about work when I clock out for the day
Destination Pet: I am enjoying the opportunities for growth in the coming years.
Destination Pet: I love my team. I am very disappointed in corporate and the lack of marketing being accomplished despite practice manager's best intentions
Destination Pet: I enjoy being part of a corporation. Having support and great benifits like free pet insurance is definatly a plus!
Destination Pet: It's really good when things are good, but it gives me whiplash. When I want feedback, it doesn't come until things are DIRE. Same thing when I need help.
Destination Pet: I have had a great experience with this company.
Destination Pet: Promotes from within and sets goals for the future
Destination Pet: Our facility is absolutely teeming with opportunity for growth and success, but the complete lack of direction and communication by our management team, as well as recognition of the employees that greatly benefit our facility is something I can no longer stand by.
Destination Pet: I have met many wonderful people at this job. This past year has been very difficult with staffing issues, people not wanting to work, people not taking responsibility for their job and not showing up. Working, physically working, on the floor working, has been very tough with 10-12 days.
Destination Pet: I worked for this facility for a year before it was acquired, and a year since. I quickly advanced to management and was very satisfied in the position until the GM left and I played the role of both the GM and AM on my own for over six months. I had very low support and things have been difficult.
Destination Pet: I like the concept and what the visions are. Sometimes the growing pains are as it is still a relatively young corporation.
Destination Pet: I like the availability for mentorship when it's needed.
Destination Pet: Happy and excited to bring on more team members every day. Love my locations and all the team members/pets and people we take care of.
Destination Pet: My overall experience is good. The company could have more programs to recognize and reward center staff instead of patting each other on the back for corporate growth.
Destination Pet: I am very satisficed with DP, however still recovering from the toxic culture here prior to the transition to DP!
Destination Pet: Work is attending meetings, clearing emails and asking permission. Not the ideal leadership role to be in. Was not always like this though.
Destination Pet: John is the best boss I have ever worked for! And this might be the most fun I have ever had at work!
Destination Pet: I think that GM's pay should be increased on a regular basis to reward loyalty to the company.
Destination Pet: It is a friendly and fun environment and our team is always ready to help each other out.
Destination Pet: My company has a great environment which allowed me to move up very quickly. I truly care about the work I do everyday and it makes me feel excited and energized. I genuinely love coming into work everyday, and solving the daily problems that come up (which are inevitable when you work with animals!
Destination Pet: My team and my manager.
Destination Pet: Working at the vet clinic is great. Destination Pet as a company upper management changes so frequently and communication between upper management, IT, marketing, facilities, etc is slow and many times confusing or contradicting.
Destination Pet: it's better than i initially thought it would be, but as a state that doesn't have many centers, I feel on my own a lot.
Destination Pet: Although every position can challenging at times, I've been treated with nothing but the highest level of respect and professionalism at Destination Pet. My direct supervisor Joe has been the perfect example of how a mentor should be. He provides me consistant support, guidance and leadership.
Razorfish: My experience has been great, I feel taken care of and looked after. I enjoy the work that my team has been doing. I sometimes feel insecure that I'm not doing the right thing or that I'm not as busy as I should be (I'm junior and have no other experience to compare)
Destination Pet: DP has left many of the staff at my facility in the dark about what is expected of them given these new standards
Destination Pet: Challenging, but an opportunity to make a difference in the community
Destination Pet: Blessed and fruitful, I am very grateful to have the honor and opportunity to work for DP
Destination Pet: Nice place to work with good people. Company is new so there are hurdles and challenges - but that is to be expected.
Destination Pet: I've had the opportunity to grow and learn new things.
Destination Pet: Overall DP is an amazing company and so blessed to work for a company that is Pet Obsessed. One concern is not having confidence in the HR Leadership to provide guidance and lead the company for all HR related items. Another concern is the lack of communication for when it affects a department.
Destination Pet: I've dedicated 16 years to this industry and I've found it hard to grow with organizations. Destination Pet has recognized talent and has leaned on me and valued me. I feel as I overstep with my opinion and always told it's encouraged . #onepack.
Destination Pet: I took on a failing center that had a plethora of issues to fix from a mice infestation to a toxic unruly staff. I received very minimal assistance with this. I’ve made amazing progress but there’s so much more to be done but the company just keeps cutting hou
