Choice Hotels: Too many teams without knowledgeable members, and seemingly no inner knowledge-base to reference. A lot of time is spent acting as a troubleshooter for application or OS side issues that could have been solved within their own team if they took the time to research themselves
Sono Bello: Benefits are good, however the cost to the employee is very high. I understand that insurance costs have risen but the high cost is a hardship.
Sono Bello: I love what we are able to do for our patients but i just wish that the staff were more appreciated so that they would be more motivated to work together as a team.
Sono Bello: I like my job, I do not like my pay/benefits, or the fact that the clinical employees feel like we deserve more for what we do on a daily basis.

FSA Federal: I'm satisfied overall. I would like to see the leave benefits closer to that of the Federal leave benefit. I do not agree with the Government's Covid vaccine mandate. While I understand FSA's position in maintaining government contacts, they did not support those who chose not to be vaccinated.

Sono Bello: Since I've come to the company we have had so many great changes. It was a challenge in the beginning but after 90 days I feel like I started to catch on. I didn't have much leadership and took it upon myself to learn and know who to reach out to. Once changes started happening, it became rewarding.
