I feel our leadership needs improvement, as the standards are set high for the team members, but not the leaders, who set the tone for their members. I understand NW's frustrations as not everyone here is 100% invested.

Sono Bello: For the most part working at sono bello has been great. There needs to be some changes made to scheduling eaoecially for nurses. There is not a good work life balance for nurses when schedule can vary anywhere from 6am-10pm 5 days a week. 10/12 hour days would be much more manageable 3/4 days/week.

RX: To many new peolple, big loss of know how. In Germany in the old structure there were many good standards, which now all seem to have been forgotten. The management sometimes behaves arrogantly and arrogant, often makes bad and also wrong decisions because they do not recognise the problem.

Every year we fall further behind our competition as they advance (in all metrics) while we remain static.

IBM: Empowering! I feel supported to experiment and when I succeed I get praise, but when I fail, as you often do with experiments - I get the support I need to learn and do it better next time. There is no finger-pointing, which makes it safe to learn and grow!

Guidewire Software: Guidewire is a good place to work. All teams are supportive and friendly. Incentives are according to the market (although not in excess of the local market). GW provides growth opportunistic.
