Inclusive and supportive. Seemingly sincere commitment to progressive development.
Aspirations to diversity and inclusion
Collaborative, supportive, focused on our collective goals that benefit us all
Clear communication, owning mistakes, focused on delivering best results for the team/company rather exclusively fixating on their personal areas of responsibility.
Too slow and too bureaucratic, no real support and no reward for trying anything new. Salary growth is woeful compared to the competition. Relentless centralisation of corporate functions makes everybody's job slower, harder and more frustrating.
Endless pressure for growth without resource to deliver it - just an expectation that time/money can somehow be found to develop people and business. No opportunity or ability to innovate on anything or develop staff or business.
Communicating clearly and in a human way. Relating to staff who are not well-paid executives. Positioning the company and the staff to develop and grow, rather than suffocating it with processes/bureacracy and refusing to make meaningful investment in people or product.
