Confluent: I worked fof Confluent for less than a year and decided it was a very unhealthy work environment to continue working at. I found the environment quite like a pressure cooker, disrespectful of any concept of personal time, and incongruent between workload / expectations and resourcing.

The staffing industry is very different from other companies and the departments shouldn't be paid on a pay scale for a typical department when Staffing does so much more.

Varonis Systems: It's very negative. The ethics displayed by the company are extremely poor. They call the first 3 months training; however, they weren't teaching anything during that time. Everyone was basically on our own.
