Our team (and extended teams) is (are) great - everyone is eager to jump in and help wherever they can. If it weren't for the cohesion in our teams, there would be a lot more attrition.
Executives are completely out of touch. A lot of great talent is leaving because they aren't valued as people or given the right tools to do their job. Products are announced and released WAY before they should be. Transparency is claimed but then execs deny layoffs happened.
