I LOVE my job and the work that I do with sales. I LOVE the mission of the company. But I am struggling in my department as top down, there is no sense of teamwork from our department leader. Goals are not cascaded, and I am not getting any support to grow and learn.

Working with Sales and seeing the clear connection between my work and revenue. Doing work that is challenging. Learning from the Sales leaders.

John Martins and Dan White are 100% moving in the right direction. I like that they are building a performance based accountability culture - but that has not been implemented in my department.

We have a clear mission that has the potential to positively impact the patient and HCP population. HR genuinely tries to build culture - but that is not happening at my department level.

I have no goals, my job description is not accurate (I have tried to have it revised multiple times) and I have been told I'm not eligible for a performance bonus but others in my department at the same and lower levels are getting a performance bonus.
