They need to listen to employee feedback because we deal with HCPs directly and know what processes work and don't work. The metrics and monthly goals are unobtainable and are not a one size fits all. Every market is different and has different types of orders and needs.

Our commission layout is horrible, and base pay is a joke. Competitors have higher base pay and offer commission with less experience than CC requires. I have been here over a year and making less than when I first started because of the changes. CC should offer yearly salary increases and reviews

There is a lingering fear of layoffs and not being able to come into a job every day. I fear I am going to get let go if I don't make my metrics and they aren't obtainable numbers by anyone's standards. Even if I did make my metrics I could still be out of a job. There is no job security at CC.
