I feel everyone needs to think more strategically and be ahead of what expectations are

I don't feel undervalued. I just feel that my compensation is not aligned with the market.

just doing my job and doing it well, working with my amazing team and supporting the leaders and employees

i don't feel undervalued but my compensation is not in line with market. My manager has however, offsetted my comp with bonus because he values me
