Available to ask questions and have open discussions.
I think they are Experienced and know the industry
Their vision and plans to execute it. They are not playing around in 2026!
I love how my manager spends one on one time with me to get me the answers I need. If he doesn't know the answer, he takes the time to ask the appropriate people to get me what I need to get the job done!
Strive to make us better
My immediate leadership is lacking in so many areas. They never have clear answers to questions. Drags their feet on unpaid commission (they are willing to make you wait a month). They have lost so many clients but blame employees who do not talk with clients. Raises are non existent.
HEAR US OUT. We need heard. Leadership sets goals and metrics, however we are not paid in yearly raises at all. We are not at all shown we are appreciated or the work we put in.
listening, collaborating and letting us to do the job we were hired to do. I was hired to manage a team and they micromanage every aspect of it. They do not fully understand my position or know my strengths. They have kept me from increasing my sales/ desk and do not use my talent to the fullest.
Appreciating their employees and providing opportunities for growth and increase wages. The lack of respect from our management and leadership is laughable. They need to provide us the support and strategies to be successful. Right now they are not providing any support and lack leadership skills.
Pay closer attention to individuals' concerns and manage facial expressions effectively when they are sharing their opinions. Avoid becoming overly defensive when recruiters are attempting to explain their perspective.
I don't think there is a best part. The salary could be higher and the Commission structure as well. We could always make more. The previous question was a yes or no, so yes, we are paid fairly.
Getting commission, the increase that was just given
salary, 401k and Health benefits
commission plan is very competitive
There is no cap at how much you earn. The harder you work the more money you get!
There is a big gap in compensation between my equals and myself. There is also a big gap in the company's compensation and the going rate for my position.
I think as an experience employee the base salary shoul be increased. $50k for a salary foe a 20 year veteran is insulting when newboes are brought on with a much higher base. I realize it is a brodge. We have a new recruter ti locims with a Senior" tag people who have been year 20 years cant.
Maternity Leave! Also, our commission plan just decreased.
I am in my 26th year and I am not getting paid for the full desk work I do, my base pay is low for my 26 years of exp, and they cut the bonus incentive! it is very hard to maintain the monthly cost and living expense.
I feel that the base salary for a recruiter is low for how much money we generate.
Even though we are from different backgrounds both personal and professional, we connect so well. Everyone is open to supporting each other no questions asked.
On the most part, their personable and needed to talk to and appreciate guidance
they are helpful when they need to be
Everyone is really outgoing. I truly believe that everyone works hard and plays hard!
My team works together and is a huge asset to one another
Having a more professional mindset about our roles would be beneficial.
We are all overworked & feeling the pressure. Because of this we are pitted against each other & communication is usually aggressive.
I don't know my coworkers besides GIFs sent in teams chat
I'm a remote employee, I don't interact a lot with other recruiters
Being able to work remotely and interact with team members from different geographical locations. Being able to discuss different cultures and traditions. The fact that my position is all about making connections.
The concept that you and your own business
ADRs and Ryan are easily accessible
Everyone is really friendly and helpful. Management to people who on my team are really helpful!
Wea re always celebrating the wins and the people
Prioritizing the wellbeing & happiness of staff over metrics. A happier staff will yield happier clients & quality candidates. When everything is a rush so you're able to stay employed for another month quality goes out the window. Thus incurring more cancellations.

Finding candidates who are passionate about the services they provide and the lives they impact. Knowing that my job makes an impact in our job sites and with clients that I may never meet or interact with.
Winning a deal and making money
Being thanked, and hearing how happy a traveler is when I get them a job. The few very close friends I have become with some of my travelers.
The work in itself. I like filling the needs of our clients with high quality passionate HCPS!
Knowing I may have made someone's day by them getting employed.
We went from being referred company of travelers and recruiter to a non-family, business. We do not feel appreciated in our work. Recruiters have so much on their plates and take on others jobs (payroll/onboarding) and then have more metrics and we get NO raises for it, no incentive for what we do.
Leadership and management need to do better in setting us up for success. Right now nothing has changed. Management is lying about sales and what they are doing throughout the day. Putting the pressure on us for revenue growth and they are not doing what they need to set us up for success.
The culture at Cross Country has undergone significant changes in recent years. Previously, it was a positive environment where everyone felt job security. We are on edge everyday. he work-life balance that once existed has shifted, requiring longer hours and weekend work just to stay afloat.
Management needs to learn how to talk to people and be more understanding
We are being overworked, blamed, abused & unsupported.
