Cross Country Healthcare Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Available to ask questions and have open discussions.

Getting back to having open communication again

Review from Marketing Dept

What I like best about the leadership team is having Kevin Clark back and getting the company to where we were back in 2019.

Review from Finance Dept

I think they are Experienced and know the industry

Kevin has a clear vision and is fully invested and will hoke his leaders accountable

Review from HR Dept

My Compliance Supervisor is always there to assist with questions or help

Review from Admin Dept

My leadership team is so driven!

Review from Operations Dept

Their vision and plans to execute it. They are not playing around in 2026!

I love how my manager spends one on one time with me to get me the answers I need. If he doesn't know the answer, he takes the time to ask the appropriate people to get me what I need to get the job done!

What I like now, is that we are starting to invest in AI. AMN and Aya have been doing it for a few years now (Aya being the most successful on using it). However, I firmly believe that if we do this right, we can see major improvements from it.

Review from Sales Dept

Strive to make us better

Marc is an incredible leader. He provides the right level of guidance and support and truly trusts in my ability to deliver, which motivates me to perform at my best

The drive and passion they have to make CCH the best.

Review from Operations Dept

personal approach and understanding of life and its unforseen challenges.

Review from Operations Dept

The new clear direction to eliminate working in silos.

Review from Operations Dept

the focus and plan are great, but I wish they could have given some TLC for the hard-working bottom level employees for the better compensation and recognition. making the cut in our compensation is very hurting! :(

The leadership team appears to be taking charge and motivating the teams toward unified goals to make us a better company and be a leader in the industry.

Review from IT Dept

Accessible, invested in my growth,

talent, entrepreneurship, sincere, genuine, transparent, super excited about our direction!

Review from Customer Support Dept

Presenting a very clear strategy and message, with great enthusiasm.

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication, relationships, recognition, transparency , loyalty

Review from Operations Dept

Communication, reward loyalty, provide support staff

Review from IT Dept

transparency. pay gaps. there are tenured recruiters making thousands of dollars a year less than brand new and less experienced recruiters. its not fair and hardworking, super talented recruiters that actually make this company money will leave. you cant retain great employees this way.

Review from Sales Dept

The company needs to hire more qualified management professionals who actively take courses and attend seminars to improve their leadership skills. Additionally, they should invest in a structured training program rather than relying on an improvised approach.

Review from Sales Dept

My immediate leadership is lacking in so many areas. They never have clear answers to questions. Drags their feet on unpaid commission (they are willing to make you wait a month). They have lost so many clients but blame employees who do not talk with clients. Raises are non existent.

HEAR US OUT. We need heard. Leadership sets goals and metrics, however we are not paid in yearly raises at all. We are not at all shown we are appreciated or the work we put in.

listening, collaborating and letting us to do the job we were hired to do. I was hired to manage a team and they micromanage every aspect of it. They do not fully understand my position or know my strengths. They have kept me from increasing my sales/ desk and do not use my talent to the fullest.

Listening to the people who actually do the work and stop trying to over-simply what we actually do on a daily basis in order to push more work on us.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Offset increases in our out of pocket spending for health benefits.

Review from Operations Dept

communication and better training (more hands on and not limited to just my current role)

Review from Admin Dept

Appreciating their employees and providing opportunities for growth and increase wages. The lack of respect from our management and leadership is laughable. They need to provide us the support and strategies to be successful. Right now they are not providing any support and lack leadership skills.

Truky commit, not just lip service, to being better. Technology, operations, alognment, delicery, and data are all lacking with no investment fot imptovememt oitside of waiting for Aya to save us.

Review from Sales Dept

Pay closer attention to individuals' concerns and manage facial expressions effectively when they are sharing their opinions. Avoid becoming overly defensive when recruiters are attempting to explain their perspective.

Have a stable management team and not micromanage

Review from Operations Dept

collaboration instead of silo decision making

Review from Operations Dept

Listening to the staff. The micromanaging is too much.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Treating employees with the respect & knowledge that they have lives outside of work. The market is down & it's not the entire burden of the employee team to absorb this. The management should be active & recruiting in the market both to be team players & get a better understanding.

Communication. For incentive based employees - goals are usually not set until second quarter.....so first quarter we are working with no goals. Goals need to be fair and achievable, which they were not for 2023. This is very demotivating for those who do not get salary increases.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Listening to the employees. Help us have a better work/life balance.

For starters, listening to employees that are in the weeds doing the work would be very beneficial to the various teams and our clients. Secondly, truly investing in employees and showing that they mean something to the company is a must or the turnover is going to continue.
