We make less money than our competitors in the market.

Their vision and plans to execute it. They are not playing around in 2026!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being thanked, and hearing how happy a traveler is when I get them a job. The few very close friends I have become with some of my travelers.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think there is a best part. The salary could be higher and the Commission structure as well. We could always make more. The previous question was a yes or no, so yes, we are paid fairly.
