Give us a cost of living raise and a raise for the extra they are putting on us. Expects us to do other jobs that we weren't hired for and don't have time for. we dont get paid enough for what they are wanting us to do and we cant do what is expected the right way. to many cheifs that arent needed

It is not motivating to hear corporate celebrating monetary milestones with champagne and such while the boots on the ground are having their commissions cut while the stress level and cost of living rises.

Communication. For incentive based employees - goals are usually not set until second quarter.....so first quarter we are working with no goals. Goals need to be fair and achievable, which they were not for 2023. This is very demotivating for those who do not get salary increases.
