What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is having Kevin Clark back and getting the company to where we were back in 2019.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop lying to potential customers/clients about what Intellify can and can't do - be ethical. Look at more than just numbers when determining how "busy" an employee is. Actually send out an email when 120 employees are let go!

Listening to the employees who actually do the work, instead of focusing on systems that do not cater to everyone or make the jobs harder to do because of lack of training. Just because something is designed for one side of business does not mean it will work for everyone.

No pay raise in almost two years and Inconsistent bonus goals collection goals in non "busy" season that sometimes seem unattainable based on supply/ volume of money coming in.

I barely know my coworkers or the skills they bring to the company.

They can choose to remember that not everyone has been with CCH for 2+ years. Due to the fact that there is absolutely no training manual available, I have no point of reference when I need to complete a task or have a question. I ALWAYS have to rely on my coworkers to respond and assist me.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again, just knowing how unethical and uncaring "leadership" is is extremely demoralizing. We've lost so many people and management now has to handle accounts, and "leadership" is just fine with this.

We are in constant fear that we are going to be laid off and spend hours training those who might just be our replacements. There is no room for growth here and it is extremely discouraging.
