Management is quick to ask for our opinions but also quick to dismiss the answers. Also, we are constantly mico-managed which is a sign of inexperienced, insecure management. I would feel better about my compensation if it better reflected the quantity and quality of my work.

There has been so many negative impacts lately with all these layoffs, and now we are at the point where we are feeling anxious coming to work every day rather than excited.

Issues go ignored until there is a 5-alarm fire. Accountability is lacking in management. People are leaving left and right whether by choice or by force, and the company just keeps passing the work on to the next employee rather than filling positions. We as employees are burned out.

We hate mico-management. Also, we waste time in useless meetings which are obviously being forced on management to have. We sometimes waste time (up to 40 minutes) playing games and only spend a few minutes covering actual work related topics that could actually just be sent via email.
