They seem to want to you us become better at our jobs and grow professionally. They treat us with dignity and respect and don't talk down to us. They put procedures in place to make our work life easier, which I appreciate. They're flexible and do what they can to make our work life more enjoyable.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication! Also, while the CEO was saying we "deserved" the time off for Thanksgiving, one of my supervisors was saying that "healthcare recruiting doesn't take days off," but in the same conversation saying that if we did work, they won't be available. I have been spoken to disrespectfully.

more than fair compensation for the work that i do

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary is much less that the average salary in my position and my commission has been cut by 80%

The compensation is low in my opinion. In my role, there's a promotion opportunity, which will help with the low compensation if I receive it. Also, the PTO is too low. I'd like to see the PTO increased to a more competitive level, as 10 days' vacation and 3 personal days is too low.

Goals aren't realistic or attainable without working overtime. Supervisors don't give attainable goals during slower times, so it's very unmotivating.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very quick to get back to me with things needed and we work very well together. I consider them friends/family as well as co workers even though we work remotely

My team is supportive. Also, the team is able to laugh and have fun, while still getting work completed. My team is also flexible and realistic, when it comes to things like different time zones. My teams appreciate the work I do and teats me with dignity and respect.
