Yes! Communities: Those in higher positions do not treat employees very well. Training needs to improve in sales and those that should do not. When mistakes are made due to lack of training the sales agent is treated poorly. No place to voice your concerns. We are not treated with respect
nCino: Overall, my experience has been fantastic. My only complaint would be wages. The people are great and what nCino offers for/to their employees is pretty great as well.
nCino: I think I would enjoy this company a lot more if I was either able to A) transfer to a new area altogether that allows for on the job training or B) do the same work just with a completely new set of colleagues. I love what I do, but don't feel comfortable with my team. We lack diversity!

nCino: I've worked at nCino for many years. I've seen it all here. In few works, management is very disconnected from employees, communication is hapless, and transparency is nonexistent. Folks will continue to leave if they are treated as cogs in a chaotic machine whose value is underappreciated.
nCino: I joined 2 years ago as a fresh-out-of-college kid. Since then I've learned and grown a lot with my team and position. It's been great so far, and while some changes being made I'm not in favor of, I hope nCino can go down the right path, and hopefully not lose anymore talented individuals.

Bloomberg Industry Group: Decide what you want to accomplish and set clear priorities. Stop treating every new request as a fire drill that goes to the top of the list. Stop asking teams to completely reprioritize on a daily basis.

Appian: So far, so great. It's been a great 6+ mont start and I haven't for a second doubted my decision to join Appian. My hope is that I have a very long and bright future ahead of me with this company.

I was hired full-time 6 months later and have been promoted twice since then. I feel like the company really works to promote internally and pushes employees to grow every year.
