The RealReal: Its a very high, unrealistic demanding job for what it pays and is asked of you. Im not sure the company actually knows how to properly use work matrix and direct a facility. From the start of the interview i could already trll there was no respect or structure for the company

Snap Inc.: Snap has had an impressive trajectory , but Evan still has a death grip on innovation and surrounds himself with other white bros who say yes to all his ideas and extend his control when Evan is distracted.
