We are a team, I work primarily with the Rocky Mountain Plains region, but when we need to lean on each other, we make it work and figure it out.
Of the leadership team I have met in person, all have been engaging and take the time to get to know each employee individually and seem to genuinely care about me.
Based on other positions posted online I feel we are on the lower side for pay and our benefits are similar to other companies, so nothing really stands out as above and beyond.
