It feels like I'm part of a group of people that are all working very hard to do the best job possible for each other - there is a commitment to our values, mission, and culture that I feel in interactions with my colleagues every day.

I have loved working here until this year. It's been a really difficult year and despite reaching out for help it's basically falling on me to fill any gap in our work and it's taking a toll on me. My hope is it gets better but it's really altered my views of the company.

There have been ups and downs, but on the whole this company is great to work for - I love my colleagues and am proud of how hard we work.

Transparency and frequet updates on company goals/policies. They seek to understand regular staff roles and challenges.

Leadership is out of touch with what's wrong around here. I'm tired of seeing all these initiatives that go nowhere. It's annoying having to track my work in 3-4 trackers because new leadership has new ideas to help us track work. Our tech to do our jobs is cheap because of cost causing more issues.

Being part of an ESOP is the best part of my compensation package. Having a built-in extra retirement plan makes me feel more secure in my future.

compensation is barely at target for my industry and level, i also think doing bare minimum benefits does not count as valuing employees

More compensation. Less need for extra hours to meet crazy deadlines.

when i have no more meetings

stress! too much stress! We have demanding roles and i don't feel we get enough decompression time or support in managing our stress. I would like to see a companywide stress management plan and program.
