Leadership is out of touch with what's wrong around here. I'm tired of seeing all these initiatives that go nowhere. It's annoying having to track my work in 3-4 trackers because new leadership has new ideas to help us track work. Our tech to do our jobs is cheap because of cost causing more issues.

Being part of an ESOP is the best part of my compensation package. Having a built-in extra retirement plan makes me feel more secure in my future.

when i have no more meetings
stress! too much stress! We have demanding roles and i don't feel we get enough decompression time or support in managing our stress. I would like to see a companywide stress management plan and program.
