Its largely making sure full time employees have at least 40 hours and do not have to use pto to cover their hours to ensure 40.

The C suite thinks that they understand their employees but really they just have their heads in the sand.
Morale on my team right now is low, and it is showing. Its taking a toll on everyone. More investment in the people will help reignite their passion and excitement for work. We also need to find ways to engage with eachother and rebuild our teamwork
I don't live for my work its just something I do so I'm not excited. I The work I do for my clients is somewhat futile which doesn't help.
